Irresponsible and inadequate knowledge to customer care executive

Customer care helpline whose executives actually need help...

since 2 days i was trying airtel digital customer care for providing me the nearest dealers address... but i think the executives are for out of the world who dont know how to get a near by dealer from my mailing address... although they have my full postal address in their system, they are unable to provide me the dealer near to my are...

am sorry to say... but i didnt xpect this type of service from airtel...

i just wanna know what action can be taken so that these ppl will take their customers seriously...
