Repeatedly shown negative balance

I am getting repeated negative balance message in my screen even though my balance is good and my subscription ends October. I called customer care and they asked me to delete all the messages and i did and I still got. So I called them again and one of the brilliant customer care representative asked me to call Airtel mobile services and cut he call. After that I called twice and the customer care representative was bluffing and cutting the call. I have made more than 20 calls, still my problem is not solved. Now if i call asking them to take the connection back and refund the money I am not getting any response. Now i don’t know what I should do to suspend the service and get my money back. It’s so annoying when you pay thousands of Rupees and end up like, this with useless answers and service. I would suggest people not to buy Airtel, with the worst experience i have.
