Service is worst

Two months back I had taken Airtel DTH connection. from one week onwards it's not working. I called the Airtel DTH customer care also. They are not at all responding. please give me the solution. otherwise I will file a case against Airtel in consumer forum court. I want immediate response. And my no. is 9948169487.
