Irritating SMS

Dear Sir,

This reference to the SMS coming on a daily bases for recharging my Digital TV account by Rs.300. ID no. 3001549317 name: sangeeta shukla. I always keep my balance updated. On complaining the same to you tollfree customer care they replied that i had to complain the same to my Mobile cellular office and they can't take the complain.

Kindly help me out.
