Fraud and Cheating on Free Subcription Period

I bought a DTH service from your organization on the 29/10 through online payment of Rs 1590/- through my SBI CC. I spoke to guy called Prasanna and he informed me that I would get a 250/- cash back and 3 months subscription free for South Mega pack (Rs 275/-) and he also confirmed me that I would need to pay only Rs 25/- in Feb.

I received your message today and I am surprised to see that I am asked to pay Rs 300/- again by 22nd Jan. This is not an acceptable as I was promised something while getting your service and today I am asked to pay more.

I would like to raise a complaint on this as I feel this is daylight robbery and cheated. I need this sorted out as per what you promised me while getting your service; else I will have to take this to an appropriate forum.

Also, your customer care reps language is pathetic as I was not able to understand even a bit if what he & she was trying to say. My 2 interactions today were terrible.
