Hello...

My name is venkata subba reddy and my customer id is 3001982022.

i have been using airtel digital tv since oct. since then i am unable to view i tv, my account page and other services... and there is no improvement also..they have been saying that page is being updated... but no improvement.this is the worst dth provider in a.p with less number of news channels and poor customer resposibility... i have requested many times to add new news channels and also dd sapthagiri channel... but there is no response... is it possible to put complaint in consumer court for causing inconvinience... and also the customer care number is not working from bsnl mobile
