Unable to reach customer care

I bought AIRTEL DIGITAL TV on OCT thye installed and last 4 months no issue, but yesterday (feb 21), i got error like no signal. i checked cable line, it's fine. but unable to resove issue. i tried to reach customer care (18001808080), but it disconnected. very bad service.
