Digital TV Not working from the day of installation

On 2nd of march I have taken a new connection of airtel digital TV but I am very sorry to say that I am facing the problem from the first day of installation (SM2 error) and since 3 days went off and no action has been taken.

From 3rd of march morning, I am making a call to several concerned people who are get in touch with me during installation and yesterday I have logged one complaint regarding this (Compliant Reference no-5701878) but I surprised that till now the issue is not rectified.

Today, I had a talk with the customer care executives 3-4 times and they have given me another Compliant reference no. Delay in resolution of the issue make more frustration.

I request you to please look into this matter ASAP otherwise I will be forced to disconnect the service which I have not used yet.
