No service and response against several comlaints

Hello Sir/Madam,
I have been facing a no signal for my Airtel digital tv connection from Bharti Airtel since 5 days. I have called the customer care reporting the same several time and have also registered complaints. Even after that I have called the customer care several time asking the status as to why the issue has not been resolved yet, but I have always been getting conflicting informations. Some time they say some engineer visited and sometimes they say the engineer did not get the time to visit. At one occasion my complaint got closed because some engineer without resolving the issue reported some false information and then I had to open another complaint.
The customer support has been playing tricks like closing the initial complaint with false reports just to ensure that the complaint does not cross the service level agreement. This I think is a misrepresentation and needs some serious investigation.
I hope this matter will be looked into seriously.
