For last two days, My set top box is not working (Customer ID 3000363070). its showing SM2 error code. I have been trying customer care regarding this. first its not get connected and if get connected, they often put you on hold or they will cut it flaty.
No body is listening. buying digital tv was the worst dicision i ahve ever made.
