Poor customer service

Hi,

My Customer Id no is 3006473735 (Airtel Digital TV). Those who are reading this, would request you not to buy Airtel Digital TV. Believe me it has the most pathetic Customer Service. It is very difficult to get through & even if u are able to they will keep u on hold & eventually disconnect ur call. I have no respect for their knowledge about the process & trouble shooting. They will ask u to run through weird processes will ask u to press the cursor & OK buttons (which is quite impossible) simultaneously for 10-15 secs, they will ask u to unplug the power source etc. They are never able to give u a permanent solution to ur problem for which I had to miss the World Cup Final Match. Such a poor support network is obviously not expected from AIRTEL. Therefore guys would request you all (those who are planning to buy a dish tv network) plzzz plzzz plzzzzz do not buy AIRTEL. ur life will be hell.
