Inactive, Poor Customer Service

I brought up an airtel digital tv connection just because of India pak Cricket Match on 30th Mar

the set top box was installed on 29th Mar but till date it has not been activated. I have complaint on the customer care helpline many many times, and called upon the installation executive, many times but still till date 5th Apr there is no response from the Service provider. or any of the executives to solve our problem. I have already paid the entire amount and no issues have been pending from my side for the service provider.
