Pathetic service

Hi,

I am a customer of airtel digital tv for the past 18 months. But the service provided by airtel digital tv team is pathetic.

The service gets stopped very frequently

(every alternate day) by showing error message SM2 and all channel gets blocked. Once service is blocked you need to run after customer care and call them repeatedly for hours and hours then they may listen to your problem and will provide a general answer to keep the STB open for 30 minutes and nothing happends even after 4-5 hours. After chasing them for minimum 10 times, they will enable your service for few hours and again services gets stopped.

There is no solution provided by airtel team dispite several complaints.
