Installation not done even after 3 weeks

Hi,

I had requested to install a airtel digital tv, I got it in the offer while purchasing my lcd.

I was told to generate customer id first and then to make a payment which I did promptly. After that comes the real problem to get the dish installed. I am chasing them to install connection since last 3 weeks. Every time I get a response that they will be there in half an hour.

Please let me know what needs to done from my side to get this resolved.
