Cancellation of Connection

Hi,

This is regarding the new connection applied for.

The DTH consumer number is 3007611939.

Due to some reason connection could not be established at my home.

So, I requested Airtel Digital TV to please cancel the connection and refund the amount paid by credit card to my concerned account.

Please note that the DTH is not installed/activated.

The email has been sent to them on 7/April but has not get any reply from them regarding the disconnection and refund.

Customer service is also very poor, they do not understand the issue and keep transfering the phone to different departments.
