SIR,

this is srikanth from Hyderabad, i have given a complaint regarding my airtel digital TV setup box, that it is not working.and it is giving an error as code:2.

i didn't get any response from the authorized service center for last 15days.since i have given this complaint repeatedly for two type, but till now no one came here to solve my problem,

please at least respond to this immediately.
