AIRTEL DIGITAL TV
Set top box not working

I am using Digital TV (cust ID 3000900535). It is non fuctional from last 4 days. I registered complain to customer care (complaint ID - 7020720). Before solution to problem customer care send the message problem is resolved & if you still face the problem call on 7709003430. I tried to call on this no but it is not working. I am very much upset because of the customer care response. I don't know how to get it resolved as customer care is not responding & Airtel don't have service centers. Where to go for problem.
