Poor service and promp disconnection

Hello

My name is vimal sharma and my digital tv user id is 3002214567. I m so frustrated with airtel service with in last month that i made my mind to quit from airtel.

I have never faced so iritating IVRS system in my whole life which i faced in airtel. customer care staff is also neither qualified nor supportive. Even so called senior person "who call them selves a senior one" they even don't have the information about their system upgradation and problem in server. When ever call to customer care executive says please hold the line i m providing you information and disconnect the line.

After so many try I got success to make a call and register a complaint "7262574 " for error code no. 2 and agent told me that tomorrow your fault will be resolve but next day i got a call from local airtel guy named Arun informed me unless i pay 350 Rs. he will not come and resolve my issue. I told him give me your manager number then he misbehave me and said he will not give me and for any esclation i have to find my self and esclate. When i again call customer care he agent Ravinder told me he can't book a complaint for last misbehave made by Arun as i don't have his full name and complete address and all other information.

AFter seeing so ruddness from airtel i thaught to quit from airtel and again i called customer care and asked for disconnection agent booked my complaint 7289250 and gave me complaint number. I was shocked that with in half an hour i got a call from local airtel guy and he also said the same thing that if i won't give 350 rs. they will not solve my issue and as i denied to give such money he cut the phone in a second and with in 5 min i got sms that my both service has been resolve and my connection got disconnected.

I would like to give so many thanks to airtel and airtel workers to give such a prompt reply on disconnection and provide me good support while disconnect my call so that i don't get stress.

Once more i would like to give my special thanks to Mr. Mittal who are keep such a good staff with in their backend for prompt support to customers.
