Irresponsibility

This is C. Sudha rani, with the airtel digital tv customer Id:3007606117 installed in the first week of April. It has been activated after 3 days from installation, that too making somany calls to dealer and customer care department. The package was at Rs. 1790/- for 7 months. But we are not getting many channels, which have mentioned in the package. I have complained somany times to customer care without taking the complaint number. I thought that they are unable to solve the problem and I want to go to consumer forum for the same. So I called again on 27th April to customer care, and taken the complaint number as 7422570, and customer care executive expressed his feeling that I can go to consumer forum if the problem hasn't been solved within 24 hours.. Again I have called on 28th april, regarding the complaint. Same thing has been repeated by customer care department of Airtel Digital TV. I think Airtel digital tv makes life hell really.
