SM1 Error and Set top box handed problem, Video Problem

I have been facing problem of error code SM1, SET TOP BOX HANDED and VIDEO PROBLEM since I got the connection (January). I have registered compaints at customer care and also contacted at the local number which customer care had given. Service engineers visited at the place and do some reset and problem get resolves. but problem occurces again after towo three days. again i registered complaint and then comes and resolve. Some time it is taking 2 to 3 days to resolve the problem. this is happening since jan.

My connection was not working for around 1 month out of 5 months. Every time i ask for the permenent solution but not getting proper anser.
