Hi,

I have placed a request for relocation of my digital tv to a new address 7-8 days back. I was assured that it would be done within 2-3 days but I haven't seen any action till date on this. I had to miss my official working day for an engineer's visit but the guy never showed up. This is extremely frustrating and not expected out of Airtel.
