Pathetic service call centre

Hi,

i am vincent i have a airtel digital tv connection for the past 2 years, i have shifted my house from velachery to thirunindravur (near avadi). i called the customer care people and informed that i have shifted my house kindly shift my airtel digital tv connection to my new place, but there was no response for 1 week.

then i called again this time they said the address where i have said is not available in airtel digital software so we cant help. for the past three weeks i am following up, but nobody responds. and they are not taking this as a complaint.

my airtel digital tv customer no. 3001090064.

the person who i spoke last is Mr. Waseem in the call centre, he said he can help anything since its a software problem.

kindly help to resolve the problem, as soon as possible.
