Complaint for last one week, no resolution

I am a customer of Airtel Digital tv. My Customer ID is - 3002664019.

I have the problem of no power in my Airtel Digital TV Set Top Box.

My registered phone number – 9711003097.

My name is – Subhayan Banerjee.

On Saturday, June 18 I lodge a complaint (Complaint Number – 9197325). And from then I lodge 6-7 more complaints, with no resolution yet. Every time, I got SMS saying the complaint has been resolved. But no service engineer came to my place or I did not get any call from them. Each SMS contain a phone number saying, “For any query or if query unresolved call this number”. These numbers either does not exist or switched off. Below are such numbers –

I contact UP nodal office, talked with some Krishna, then i talked with Sidhdhartha Hadave . who says supervisor of CC (both yesterday), they are not even did anything.
