When my yearly subscription ended on 31st October I decided not to renew the services. But what followed afterwards was a complete harrassment with 4 SMS 4 phone calls on a daily basis. I have lodeged two requests with call centre to stop this menace and also written three mails to the company directly. In this forum this is my third or fourth complaint in this forum but no action is being taken and in the meanwhile I have received more than 500 SMS 800 Phone calls requesting for renewal of the connection.
