Poor Service

Airtel digital TV ID No.3001260185 has been developed technical problems since three weeks back and complaint to the airtel callcenter (Complaint No. 9514416), After repeated complaint to the concerned authorities and call centre for two weeks. The company sent a technician without bringing any instrument to fix the problems. He promised to come back with the instrument to fix the problem. But he did not turned up and there after again complaint to the nodal officer (Ph: No. 05224414761) She told me that she will contact the concerned person for repairing. It is very regret to say that no person came to solve my problem till today. I hope the Airtel Digital TV will solve this problems without further delay and compensate me.
