I am facing a horrible problem with Airtel Digital TV connection in Hyderabad. Everyday 15-20 Topup SMS and plan change SMS are coming to my registered cell number where as I am not raising any one of them. If I call the customer care they note the complaint with their idiotic understanding of issues and very poor hindi speaking skills, it seems like I am talking to people who dont have any educational background. The same issue is getting repeated everyday and iriirating me like anything. The customer care department notifies me with detail of a phone number which I dont have any clue and informs me that the same number has registered top up requests thru IVR. Even if I call and deactivate the topup it gets registered the very next day.
I am thinking of swithcing out from Airtel Digital TV to any other service provider and would suggest other people to do the same if my problem is not resolved. I feel surprised to see such poor quality people working for a brand like Airtel. It is really sad
