Upgragation of package without information

I would like to complain about the upgradation of package without any inforrmation and amount is being deducted from my account everymonth. I have been a consumer of the said digital tv since last two years bearing id 3002397380. I selected the package Rs 160 pm but it have been upgraded to Rs 174 pm without any information and the increased amonut is being deducted every month. I am receiving the sms by the said company and being threatening that the services would have been stopped and I would be charged fine for reactivation. This is really a shocking message from such a reputed company. I would like to request the CEO of this comapany to look into the matter and take necessary actions.
