Non Receipt of Digital TV

Sir,

I booked a airtel DTH on 05 of Aug online through http://offers.connectindia.in/checkout.htm with reference number 3763035. This site details were given to me my Virti interactive representative Mr lalit. He got my number through www.airtel.in where i had given the request for new connection.

Today four days have passed and i have no news about where is my dish tv and the set top box. I would really request the airtel management to return my money back to me as they are highly unprofessional and i would really not like buy something from such unprofessional people.
