Very very poor Service

I had given a request to update my Normal Digital TV's STB (3007083486) to "HD STB". Request was raised on 04/11 morning. Customer care said Engineer will come on same day evening and replace it.

But without any resolution the complaint got closed. Again I called to Customer care they gave 4 dues till 07/11. But nothing happened. Then on 07/11 one representative said " Complaint got closed and I have to raise a new one"(till now no one told me this).

So I raised a request once again and I received a complaint number with Local service center mobile number (Tripur-9894425261). When I called them, they They asked me to come to his office and collect the new DTH by submitting the Old one (For this why should you have a Customer care?). I got frustrated by this.

I hate the service provided by Airtel Digital TV. I am planning to change my service provider if it is not resolved within one more day.
