I have relocated from Chhattisgarh to Karnataka. I have given a complaint on 27.11.2011 for my Digital TV reinstallation after my relocation. My customer ID is 3004350531 & my registered mobile no. is 07353114901 .
I have given the complaint several times in customer care, but they only give me the time. From last 9 days I am having this problem. I have already wasted Rs. 100 for these complaints with talking to the local engineer & technician. They also only give the time but no body till date has visited the site for renstallation.
Daily I am receiving only calls from different office of Airtel & they are conforming the address every time. In last 8 eight days I have told them my address atleat twenty times. I am also getting disturbed with their call.
Please suggest.
I want to lodge a complaint to submit their digital TV & want my money back.
