AIRTEL DIGITAL TV
INSTALLATION NOT DONE

I booked my AIRTEL digital TV connection on 23rd DEC through online. I paid my money on 23 rd itself. While booking they informed they installation would be done in 48 hrs. But till now I get no response.

I called and dropped e-mail to customer care. Each time they say you would get a call in another 2 hrs or ½ an hour. But I never get any calls. Whenever I call them they say that SETUP BOX is not available and we will get back. But they never call. I am still waiting for the installation to be performed.
