Took Money But Installation Not Done

I purachased a new airtel Digital TV connection paying Rs.2640 online after talking to a marketting executive names Santhosh from Airtel. Now after the third day of purchase also my Connection is not installed. I called nearly 20 times to the Airtel customer care office in Banglore (08044448080) Every time they will ask for my details. Nearly more than 30 minutes they will keep on arguing with me and trasferring my call here and there and finally they will disconnect with out any customer service manners. Now I got trapped I am not getting My connection installed or getting back my money. This is the worst service I have ever seen. My Airtel customer ID is 3009805542.My Order ID is 1150671.
