Recharged Amount Rs. 999.00 not credited in my Airtel Digital TV Account No. 3000067348

Dear Sir,

I had recharged my airtel Digital TV Account No.3000067348 by Rs.999.00 on 04/01 through internet banking (Please see the enclosed account statement) but same has been not credited in my account till date. Please take necessary action for the same. Rs. 999.00 may please be credited to my digital TV account or return to me. I have sent mail with proof to Airtel Bharti Customer care center, but they are refusing to credit the same.
