ABNORMAL INCREASE IN TARIFF AFTER OBTAINING CONNECTION

Dear Sir/ madam

Good morning

During November I have obtained new connection from airtel DTH. At that

time they the have charged Rs.130/pm for one package I have opted for that

yesterday i have recharged the same. The Agent told there is no package is

available for Rs.130/pm. For your package at present we have charged Rs.171/pm

that is 25% increase.

This is not good in your side. Please return back my money and also refund the

set off box amount also.

At that time of getting connection arrange all attractive things. Once we enter

into the contract you have charged this type is un digestable.

In that package they told for two south packages but we did not get the same.

PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS AND ARRANGE TO DO THE NEEDFUL TO RETAIN ALL CUSTOMERS
