Stb not working

Sir, iam praveen chincholi had purchased airtel digital tv having customer id 3000685123, on 9/04 i had registered complaint at airtel digital tv for stb not working properly customer request no.17702789, happy code 469, but still now no one had visited our home for stb service, 5 days have gone and we still are unable to watch tv, they have sent sms giving engineer mobile number 9880599009 but he is not at all lifting our call since 3 days, please do help us in this regard
