AIRTEL DIGITAL TV
Realign Dish position

Airtel has few channels only if the Dish position is realligned. on screen it says as free of chanrge. But here Laxmi enterprices (Airtel DTH office) called and asked for money for this service. I have requested for this on March 5th and this activity require 5 working days. I have spoke to escalation department for 10 times. always they says they escalated to backend team but no progress on it. Very Bab (No) service from Airtel Digital TV. Today is April 22nd, till no one came to us to change the dish position.

One of the complaint number is 11808672. Infact these kind of numbers were sent to mobile a lot of times (when ever i speak to customer care and escalation departtment).

I assume there no proper Staff to work on it and airtel is unfit to run Digital TV in Towns.
