Installaion not done

I paid Rs 5640/-online for Airtel digital tv HD Recorder on 8th April. I got a mail that they activated my connection. but they didn't supply their set top box and dish for the same so far. I could not get a proper answer when they supply the respective set top box and instal the same. If not possible, i request to refund the my money. i don't know how to get back money. order ID 1542575
