Airtel digital Tv new installation pending from 18 Days

Dear Sir Madam,

I have purchased Airtel Digital Tv new connection fro Rs.1590 & i had called customer service center on 12150 & registered for installation & they have given me new customer id 3010211795, which was activated on 16/04.Till date 3/5, Nobody from Airtel, engineer have not turned up, I have called them more than 20 times & wasted lot of time & money.but they are least bothered to activate my connection. And every time they are asking the same questions & promised to come within 24 & 48 hrs but from 18 days this problem is not closed. Kindly help me to get back my Money of Rs.1590/- i dont want to Airtel. Service is really worst & they always provide false promises.
