Extra deduction of amount

My customer id is 3009099643. on 11th march i recharged for rs. 100/- and subscribed kids plus 1 1 offer for rs 34/-. i.e. one month free. the connection got disconnected exactly on 11th of may. but now my balance should be rs. 66/- but it is zero balance now. Inspite of making calls to the customer care and spending nearly rs. 100/- for my discussion, .. still the amount has not been credited to my account..
