No signal and balance deduct regularly

My name is rupesh parasher my customer id is 9582858949.i have submit a complaint on 19-05-12 for no signal.but customer care executive said ur problem is solved tommarow 20-05-12 till 12 pm .after 2 days 21-05-12 call to customer care senior executive they said same ur problem is solved in 24 hours.no service excecutive call me from 19-05-12 till today 25-05-12.plz solve my problem as early as possiblie.if u don't i will file a case to consumer court.my balance is deduct from 17-05-12 in no signal.
