Bad customer care

I have Airtel DTH & I have been trying to recharge the account using recharge coupons since last two days but the reply was " There is some technical problem pls try again later". But now those recharge coupon PINs are not working at all. I tried to submit a complaint to customer care, but the customer care connectivity is so yakkk... they are so tricky, they intensionally dont talk to us or listen to our complaints more than 20 seconds. I have wasted two coupons worth Rs 1000 & still they are not recharged in our account. There is no response at all on Customer care numbers.

Such a big company & customer care professionals are doing FRAUDS. Now what should i do with dat disgusting set top box.
