AIRTEL DIGITAL TV - DTH service
Company has charged me for the period I haven’t availed service due to their technical problem

I purchased the Airtel digital TV connection on 11 June' 2009 (Customer id: 3000941837, Order no. 3940016) and it got installed and activated on 13 June' 2009 at the month end of June (near 28 June' 2009) It started giving Error code 4 for all the channels then I followed up the matter with the Airtel customer care and they asked me to perform several things myself (like detach the cable from the set top box and connect it back, wait for some number of hrs., take out the card and clean it put it back etc..) I did the same but unfortunately it didn't helped me to resolve the issue.
To address my work related requirements I went out of India and was not able to follow up, I came back on 29 Sept'2009 and found the same status of the problem, again I followed with Airtel customer care by dialing number of times but no representative was logging a complaint, finally on 8 Oct'2009 complaint was logged
(service request number 109293221) and again no resolution till 28 Oct'2009.
On 28 June'2009 I was able to see few channels, That day itself I called customer care and informed about the resolution and asked for the waiver of 123 days for unavailability of the service (service request number 1316845) but the same has been closed without giving the waiver to my account.
I am totally fed up with this now and hence raising a complaint, please help me to resolve the matter as soon as possible, you may call me on the mobile number 9911111351 in case need some specific information on this.
