I usually dont prefer calling customer care but I need to mention the most most pathetic service provider award goes to AIRTEL DIGITAL TV. I have been following with them for rellocation of Dish from May 22nd 2011 and today its 1st of july and no engineer has come till date. As if the engineer is coming walking from andaman nikobar. they have taken more than 4, 500 rupee from me and still not given me desired package. There is this employee so called supervisor called Navin. i really dont know what people have seen in him while recruiting him. He is good for nothing, and just keep on assuring customer. i sincereing SUGGEST DONT GO FOR AIRTEL DTH.
