Misleading information

My request to help in ONLINE booking was passed on by Airtel to one of their agents who booked my connection posing as an Airtel executive. Airtel is now washing off its hands and are denying me the ONLINE booking discount. Please tell me where I can lodge a complaint. I stay in New Delhi
