Airtel digital TV Services
Service is not working

I have airtel digital TV services having customer ID 3005057520.My service is not working from last 7 days and I have called approximately 27 times to customer care and local engineer, everytime they are telling new story. After 7 calls one engineer came and said set up box is not working and changed the set up box, then said current is not passing from TV to antenna and changed wire also. After that he said u ve to call customer care to activate the service and it will be activated in 15 min. And now it's been more than 2 days, still my services are not activated. Mean time I ve called 5 times and every time they are saying a new thing and promised me to be solve in 20 mins, sometime in 1 hr... like that. I am really frustrated and harassing customer. Please take action on it.
