Cust ID : 3003022681 |Complaint No (6327414/ 6348551) : No Connection from last 50 Hrs

Folks,

1. My problem started from the day when i asked Airtel Digitel TV customer care to add the movie now channel in my account (18th march)

2. After that i noticed that my connection goes for couple of hours and then comes back it self.

3.Yesterday (26th match 2011) at around 12:00 pm we realized that the connection is completely gone and it didn't come back for some hours then i complained your CC and they promised to get this fixed by today 9 am, but no one turned to my help by 11:00 am then i called the CC again

4. At that time i realized that i do no have any complaint number against it and evrytime CC was just giving me the verbal assurance.

5. I requested to generate a reference ticket number for this issue. (6327414)

6. i was assured that my issue will be resolved by 6:00 Pm today, after desperately waiting for your engineer till now

7. I was in impression that some will definitely respond and take the ownership but seems here that contact details and just for the airtel portal show case not for actual work. anyways my miseries continues ..and after waiting for more that 50 Hrs my Digital Tv connection is still unusable. Moreover my ticket 6327414 was closed without any intimation and a new tkt was created (6348551) and was promised that the escalation is being done and my issue will be closed by 3:30 Pm today. But no one turned up to fix.

though i have missed two of the world cup quarterfinals because of Airtel Digitel problem., now i don't want to miss semi's here that too between India-Pak

so i asked the airtel tv to Discontinue my connection from today and want my money back to my account from the day i raised the ticket i.e 25th March. 2011.
