Request for new channel

In June I requested for a new channel. Called up Customer Care guys thrice, they gave me complain no. 10393313. It's been almost two months now and the channel is yet to be added. Yet claim that it takes 5 days (max.) for a new channel!!! WOW!! I feel like I am doing something BIG!!! AIRTEL, ting titi ting ting
