Asking for money to repair the product in waranty

We are purches the Airtel TV DTH Box on Date 18-04 from the dealer Tirupati Electronics, Balaji Market, Jamner, They are given product warrenty of 1 year from the purchase date, they are not issued any coditional (Terms and conditions) that time

Now we have problem with the signal or cable connection from last month, when we told to dealer about this problem he asked to come with Set of Box to them, we gave him on 25-11, he told it will repair with 10 days, but it not done in one month after one month he is asking for Rs.1000 to repair this,

Please help us From this kind of cases
