Payment Rs. 200 reducted from account but not recharged

On 13 Feb'2011 My Airtel Dth customer ID 3002399491 connection recharged morning time for Rs. 200/- but no iformation received, I again recharged For Rs. 200/- in the evening time same Dth. After Only Rs. 200/- recharged and the other amount of Rs. 200/- is unknown. The amount is deducted from the bank and not recharged.
