Complaint for the fraudulant saling

I purchased Airtel DishT V connection on dated 21 Feb under the exchange offer, Offered by one of a distributor named: Saini Electronics but he sent a guy for the installation of the same but didnt provide any bill for the amt taken rs 1000/- for installation, now the connection is not working, i also made complaind to the customer care, they are also just giving the fake communications for the visit but no one visiting to check it, plz get it check done otherwise i will go to consumer court for the further action...
